De-masked Damask
My most recent Damask mosaic came back from the framers yesterday, and the mosaic’s commissioner was kind enough to send me photos of its new home. Pretty snazzy, eh?

Although this post will provide little supporting evidence, I have made great progress is my latest project; a paper mosaic I have affectionately named Gigantor, the Unwieldy. The inspiration for the mosaic’s focal area is a beeeeoootiful lotus flower:
